Sunday was spent at Sepang Circuit watching the Malaysian A1 Grand Prix. It was a water downed version of F1. Having been there for the recent F1, the whole show was a pretty let down. The good part however was that we managed to park just outside the main entrance, and the crowd at the grand stand when we took our seats were small, so we got to pick the best seats. We cheered the loudest for Alex Yoong but he only managed to secure the 7th/8th place. Anyway, it is the spirit that counts. Alex did acknowledge the support from the crowd when he stood up on the wall in front of the grand stand and waved and thanked the cheering crowd. The race was won by the Swiss.
