It was our sleep in day. Woke up late and as we still had the car with us, we took a drive to a nearby coffee shop - another one of those places listed in the travel brochures. I was just about to make up my mind that all the eateries listed in travel brochures are bad, till we came to this place. The food was good and so was the ambience. It was called Shan Curry House. It turned out that the the owner's brother was my secondary school teacher. What a small world, hah! Had a relaxing breakfast and returned to the hotel just in time to return the car. The rest of the day was spent lepaking in the room and we checked out late. Had lunch at the airport and we bid adios to cat city. It was raining heavily and that was my first time in a flight in a thunder storm. The plane had some turbulent moments and it was pretty scary.
All in all, it was a relaxing trip. An eye opener on life outside the capital city, KL.
